After a dust storm kills in quick and its crew wing to evacuate while thinking it dead, Mark finds himself dead and completely alone and can not signal to Earth that he lives – and even if he could find out, his supplies would be disappeared long before a rescue could arrive.

But Mark is not ready to give up. With his ingenuity, his technical abilities – and a relentless, tenacious refusal to stop – he steadfastly confronts one seemingly insurmountable obstacle to the next. Will ingenuity be enough to overcome the impossible odds against him?
