Arbianight Takes WSOP $2,500 Pot Limit Omaha/Holdem

Arbianight entered the final table of the $2,500 buy-in Pot Limit Omaha/Hold em tournament at the 2009 World Series of Poker second in chips. In the end, Arbianight emerged as its champion. PocketFiver Rami arbianight Boukai blasted through a 453 player field en route to a $244,000 payday and his first WSOP gold bracelet. In return, Bennani released his hand into the muck, giving the PocketFiver a 2:1 chip lead and Arbianight never looked back. In the tournament’s final hand, Bennani was all-in pre-flop during Hold em poker play with J-Q offsuit against Boukai’s pocket nines. the flop came A-K-Q, giving Bennani the edge towards doubling up; however, a nine fell on the turn, sealing his exit. Boukai pocketed $244,000 and registered the second bracelet won by a PocketFiver in WSOP 2009.
