A Renton lawyer’s crusade to force Washington state secure for online poker players lost once more on Monday.
A state appeals court turned down Lee Rousso’s disputes that a 2006 law that prohibits online gambling in the state debauches the article of the U.S. Constitution that provides the federal government the right to control interstate trade.
Last May, a King County Superior Court judge as well ordered against Rousso on a day that 70 online poker players gathered exterior the courthouse.
